AuraDeals2You ("we", "us") publishes independent product checks and earns commissions from affiliate links. This policy explains what data this website collects, why, and what choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Technical data sent by your browser — IP address, user agent, referring page and the pages you view. Our web server keeps these in standard access logs for security and error diagnosis.
• Advertising click identifiers — when you arrive from an ad (for example a Google Ads click), the URL may contain identifiers such as gclid and UTM parameters. We store them in your browser (localStorage) and pass them to our tracking provider so that a purchase on the merchant's site can be attributed to the ad that brought you here.
• Cookies and similar storage — see section 3.

We do not ask for your name, e-mail address or payment details. Any purchase happens on the merchant's own website, under the merchant's privacy policy.

2. Why we use it (legal basis)

• Running and securing the site — legitimate interest.
• Measuring which ads and pages lead to purchases (conversion tracking) — your consent, given through the cookie banner, where consent is required by law (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland).

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

• Google Ads (gtag.js) — conversion measurement. Loaded with Google Consent Mode; advertising storage stays denied until you accept in the cookie banner.
• Flow Tracking — a third-party service that records the ad click identifier and matches it to a later purchase reported by the affiliate network.
• Affiliate network links — clicking an offer link takes you through the affiliate network's redirect, which may set its own cookies to attribute the sale.
• Preferences — a small localStorage entry remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings; the banner will then ask again on your next visit.

4. Who receives data

Google LLC (Google Ads), our tracking provider (Flow Tracking), the affiliate networks and merchants whose offers we link to, and our hosting provider. Some of these are located outside the EU/UK; where that is the case, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or the recipient's adequacy status.

5. Retention

Server logs are rotated and deleted automatically within 30 days. Advertising identifiers are kept only as long as needed for attribution windows (typically up to 90 days).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, use the contact page.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
